[photran] Environment variable

Hi

I am trying to set an environment variable (specifically, 
OMP_NUM_THREADS) in Photran. But when I do this in Project Properties -> 
Fortran Build -> Environment , it doesn't seem to work. The program does 
not read the environment variable. The same program does when run on the 
command line. Any hints?
