tools.pdt Committers,
Dawid Pakula has expired the commit rights for Zhao Zhongwei (zzhongwei). 
The reason for this change is:

Zhao stopped working on PDT over 3 years ago (last commit it's from Jul 24
2012). He also told me that haven't plan to go back in short time.

Wish luck with new projects, and thank you for all contributions!
