[orion-dev] Demo Warning Message on orion.eclipse.org

 Afternoon all,

As I'm just starting to find my way around the Orion HTML code i took 
the simplest way I could find to add a warning to the site, as such I've 
added a footer bar at the bottom of the page[1] containing a demo 
warning message.

Any feedback?
