Yep, I had several conversations with Yoshitaka, the author of
SWTChart. Nevertheless, I was not able to make him move his code to
Nebula. Moreover, I also tried to persuade Peter Abeles from EJML -
without success either ... it's the same as for Luca Garulli from
OrientDB. We're in good contact but I definitively need a better
strategy. Moreover, I have the feeling that people fear the overhead
when it comes to IP review and all the stuff you have to deal with
at the Eclipse Foundation - we know how important this is ... but
they don't see a clear benefit. In my opinion, that's a point we
have take care of.
Best,
Philip

Not at all a technical solution, but maybe a better "political"
one: have you considered getting in touch with SWTChart
contributors to have them moving their code to Eclipse.org, either
in a dedicated project or under Nebula?
If this SWTChart is to become a critical piece for Science-related
projects, it might make sense to move it as close as possible from
them.
