Hi Sibylle,
the Eclipse wiki does not allow upload of html files, you will have to upload the pdf version or create a separate wiki page. I personally would recommend the wiki page since it would also allow to have a discussion directly attached. However, that comes at the cost of limited access control.
In section 2.3, you mention that "At least one member of the team must be committer of the corresponding eclipse projects.". While this requirement ensures that development teams can work smoothly, it is difficult to achieve. New service providers will initially not have committers at all and new committers are only approved by the PMC after demonstrating merit. I suggest we weaken this requirement to "should be committer" or skip the entire requirement, as the service provider has to deliver even without the requirement.
Another minor remark: Section 4.4 seems to be missing an entity in "sponsor and the sponsor".

Hi all
after including various input and discussion feedback from the requirements management workshop and trying to answer Svens question and requests, I would like to send you the 1. version of the requirements management process. I attach a pdf file - I am more than happy to put this on the website, I just have to figure out how (I have a html version ready).
Any feedback welcome.
