[open-measured-data-wg] First Draft of Quality Guide

Hello *,

I uploaded a first draft of the Quality Guide for MDM@Web in the Wiki at https://wiki.eclipse.org/Open-Measured-Data-Management-WG/Quality_Guide. It is based on collected material from various sources (mainly “Qualitätsrichtlinien” from EPOS, “OSGi Best Practices” from GGTI and interviews Peak Solution has done with various people). It is meant as a starting point. Myself and the Quality Committee thought it is best to get something started and work iteratively from there on.

I kindly request the whole community to review the document until January, 16th 2015. Especially those who are currently developing MDM@Web should check if that’s ok. Then the changes will be discussed and integrated. If you have minor changes feel free to contribute. For changes which are not immediately integrated please fill a bug report against MDMWeb-Core https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?component=Core&list_id=10607478&product=MDMWeb.

Kind regards and have a nice weekend,

Christian
