It looks like 3.0 is still not out. Am I right? 

What are the plans for the release? I want to bring out a NatTable release that would require a bugfix in the richtext component, but I don't want to rely on a Nebula snapshot build for a NatTable release.

I'm sorry if I'm mute for a long time, I had a huge amount of work and a lot of (positive) changes in my personal life.

The next release of Nebula is planned for the 30th of December. I know that I'm very late but if you have time to work on some issues, it will be nice.
