[nebula-dev] Resigning as Nebula-Co-Project lead

Hi,

I think it is time to step down as the co-project lead and let Wim make
the job on his own.

I've taken over the position from Chris Gross when my day to day work
involved SWT which has changed now since some time and my focus is moved
to JavaFX.

I also don't have the cycles to maintain Grid where more and more of the
bugs and contributions get stalled in bugzilla. For PGroup & PShelf I
can still provide the maintenance.
