It's been a bit of a poor time of things for me since September with
regards work, so I've not made a great deal of progress with anything
but the essentials. Hopefully that is changing a bit now.

Thanks, that does make life easier. I remember getting some way along
debugging this but without any concrete results so all the more detail
is helpful.
