[mdt-papyrus.dev] Oxygen.3 RC4

Hi everyone,

Papyrus’ contribution seems to have been aggregated successfully. The gerrits are already re-enabled and you can get the new version of Oxygen from the Papyrus update site [1] or as a zip archive [2].

This contribution should also be available through the oxygen release site in two week, next week being the quiet week, under the modelling category; As well as through the Papyrus’ release update site [3].

The merges on the maintenance branch should still wait for tomorrow to be safe.
