When I open papyrus.exe file with notepad, the file contains:

So I think there is a real issue in the rcp product for Neon

Yesterday I've downloaded Papyrus Neon rcp from the hudsons job
[1]. Last week a coworker have downloaded Papyrus Neon from the
download section of the official web site[2]. It appears that in
these two cases the Papyrus.exe file doesn't want to
work(corruped file). After replacing it by a papyrus.exe file
from a mars version Papyrus Neon can be launched.
Anybody can confirm the issue which seems to be major?
If someone has a clue of the reason of this bug.
