[mdt-papyrus.dev] Unify diagram visualID of all diagrams in Papyrus

Dear Papyrus contributors,

 

In order to stick to milestones agenda, we push the VisualID unification now so that it leaves time to migrate.  

All UML and SysML 1.1 diagrams have been migrated. Extra plugins and external uses may have to be migrated.

This change mainly consists in sharing VisualID (and therefore “Graphical” ElementTypes) among diagrams and provide meaningful ID : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=489116. One of the key impact is that “Graphical” ElementTypes are now grouped into a library that diagrams can refer to and use at will.
