[mdmbl-dev] Naming conventions for git and Eclipse Bugzilla

Hi all,

naming convention for Eclipse Bugzilla issues, that are derived from
JIRA issues [1]:

    [JIRA Issue ID]: <Description>

    e.g. [REQU-92] Error handling frontend

Naming convention for git commit messages:

    <Eclipse Bugzilla Bug Number>: <commit message>

    e.g.     518335: set executable flag for gradlew

So, we can track from the commits to the Bugzilla Bugs and from there to
the corresponding JIRA issues. For the opposite direction there are
links in the comments of the JIRA issue to the corresponding Eclipse Bugs.
