http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/ shows the m2e 1.5.2 release 

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/milestones/1.6/ is the update site url for the latest milestone release (m2e 1.6.0)

I can hit the above URL with the internal browser and it shows “Your close!”

Trailing slash does not matter.  What gives?
