Re: [libra-dev] A home for Bundlor

There was a discussion (sometime around the summer) about
adding/migrating Virgo runtime framework support to Libra similar to
the ones for equinox, felix etc.  Some of the requirements that are
described here would be met with that (i.e. bundles targeted to virgo)
