Hi Chris, all

Build of the SOA top-level project is being discussed at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=308823 .

The idea is a 2-level build, comprising one build per project (using any 
build technology) producing a signed p2 udpate site, and one top-level 
build that takes those and assembles them in a single signed update site.

You might want to add a comment about the feasibility, or a link to our 
wiki :)
