Marc Dutoo has declared that Alain Boulze (aboulze) is an active committer
on this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

Alain manages the ties of JWT with the Eclipse STP project and the OW2
(formerly Objectweb) Open Source consortium. In addition he has represented
JWT at SolutionsLinux 08.
