[jdt-ui-dev] How can I configure the color of the "current block color"

Hi,

I'm here with several Eclipse committers at Devoxx US and they are
using the dark theme.

One thing they would like to see to have a better color for the
"current block color" in the left ruler.

Please see the arrow in the attached screenshot for what I refer to.
"current block color" is most likely not the correct theme.

Can you tell me how I can configure this color (maybe via preferences)?
