- added the concept of a context to the RefactoringStatusEntry to be able to show more sophisticated information on errors.
- created a new source folder core extension. This source folder should be used to "collect" all code that lives in the UI land
but is in fact UI independent. The packages name to use is org.eclipse.jdt.corext.* or org.eclipse.jdt.internal.corext.*. I will
convert the code manipulation and refactoring core stuff to the new package name on November 20th. If this causes any
inconveniences for you, please speak up.
