Luc has been working with the debug committers for the past 7 months now.

His primary contribution has been the new AST evaluation support which we
shipped with the JDT Debugger in Eclipse 2.0. The AST evaluation engine is
the new engine which enabled remote evaluations (display/inspect) in the
various debug views (Display, Variables, etc.). The AST evaluation engine
also enabled inner class debugging and conditional breakpoints.

The quality of his code has been excellent both at compile-time (well
written, OO code) and at runtime (performant, functional code).

I vote +1.
