All; This communication is to let you know ballot distribution is underway.  Ballots have been or are in the process of being distributed to the working group contact for each enterprise member by way of email.

Online Voting System:

Please ensure you check your spam folder to ensure you receive the email communication(s).  The email includes a unique access key for secure voting including voting instructions.  Votes will be tabulated by the system and will remain anonymous. 

Sender:  Eclipse Foundation Subject Line(s):   Vote now: Jakarta EE Steering Committee Election - Enterprise Rep Vote now:  Jakarta EE Spec Committee Election - Enterprise Rep Vote now: Jakarta EE Marketing Committee Election - Enterprise Rep Elections run until the end of business October 10th.  The successful candidates will be announced shortly after.  Outgoing representatives remain in office until the newly elected representatives take office.  Further details on the particular date of assuming office will follow.

Also a couple of clarifications from the “Announcing the Candidates” communication, please disregard any attached biographies that do not pertain to those identified in the table.  We also updated Reza’s last name across all our records (apologies Reza)!
