Christian,

The minutes are published on https://jakarta.ee/meeting_minutes/. The Google Docs are usually distributed to the Steering Committee prior to being published to the jakarta.ee site when they are approved. I guess it just happened to hit the WG mailing list rather than the Steering Committee list :)

It will probably be available on https://jakarta.ee/meeting_minutes/ shortly.
