Re: [iot-pmc] Eclipse NeoSCADA release 0.3.0

+1 from me.
As I've stated in the past for other project's release reviews, I would
really like to see the project releases being used as a way for the
project leadership to step back for a bit and think about its three
communities [1]. It would be good to hear about neoSCADA's plans to get
more contributors/committers involved.
