Sorry, I overlooked that you were referring to your works-with CQ, and thought the question was about regular dependencies that are not yet in Orbit. Unfortunately, works-with dependencies cannot be hosted at Eclipse (EMO will correct me if I'm wrong here) so you will need to host it elsewhere. Isn't the original project already distributing a JAR?

Hi Kai,
as far as I know, you are not allowed to publish this binary in
any form. So if you host it on any eclipse git, this would be a
problem.
If you host it somewhere else, that should be fine.
