It looks like your edits have been accepted.

I believe that the webmasters are moderating the wiki. I'll connect with them to see what I can do about adding more moderators to the list.

When I clicked save it said it had gone into the moderation queue, but the changes are still not visible. I also am unable to find any evidence of a moderation queue. It was suggested that is would usually have become visible overnight and since it isn't I should email this list.
