Sure, Eclipse community/foundation can host Jenkins instance for your projects. Here are the details: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Jenkins . It mostly start by opening a bug to Eclipse Fondation > Community > Hudson (component wasn't relabeled to Jenkins nor CI) to request an instance and state your need for CentOS servers; and sysadmins will followup with additional questions, or just by providing what you asked for.
