[incubation] CLA signing for a contributor with multiple email addresses

Hello,

I've got a potential contributor who has an Eclipse account and has
signed the CLA. They have used their personal email address for their
account because it is for more than just contributing.

They now want to contribute some code and are doing this as part of
their work so need to contribute using their work email address, which
isn't registered with Eclipse nor has signed the CLA.

Is it possible to have multiple email addresses tied to a single
Eclipse account (it doesn't seem to be), or is the only option to
create an additional Eclipse account with their work email and sign
the CLA again? They do not want to invalidate the existing CLA.
