Hello,

Wild Web Developer brings edition support for latest versions of TypeScript and Angular (by updating to latest versions of the language servers). It also brings small enhancements to JS, HTML, JSon, Yaml and XML development (an exhaustive/filtered list is hard to build as the enhancement come from external components).

Also, not sure if it's good marketing material or not, but it's hype to talk about security: the process of installing extension has gone through a successful security audit and received improvement that make it "proven" as safe to use. I would defer proper wording to the Eclipse Fondation security team.
