[golo-dev] Proposing Yannick as a co-leader

Hi everyone,

According to the Eclipse Development Process
(https://eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/development_process.php#4_6_Leaders)
I would like to propose initiating a Technology PMC vote and promote
Yannick Loiseau to a project lead role.

Yannick has been exceptionally involved in Eclipse Golo. It makes a lot
of sense to share the leadership with him and ensure he gets credits for
his contributions.

If Yannick agrees then I'll initiate the procedure ;-)
