[equinox-dev] listening to bug buckets

With the recent move and reorg of the Equinox bugzilla buckets, you 
might want to check that your bugzilla account is setup to listen to all 
the new components.  Below is the complete list of inbox users you can 
watch using the Bugzilla > Preferences > email settings.
