[epp-dev] Review needed: Bug 521594 prevents changes to OXYGEN branch

Hi,
could someone knowledgeable about the Hudson build (createSettings.sh
specifically) please have a look at this change in Gerrit [1]. IMHO, it
fixes Bug 521594 [2], which prevents almost all changes to the EPP
packages on the OXYGEN branch, as Hudson won't activate the proper profiles.
To me, this is somewhat urgent, as I would like to merge [3,4] in time
to Oxygen.1 RC2, to get some more testing done)
