Re: [epp-dev] Adding a error log collector to Mars milestone builds?

It currently lives under Code Recommenders but can live anywhere. I’m fine to keep it in Recommenders for a while but in the long run it may well make sense to put it to epp. I don’t think the collector should be a separate project since it will only consist of a handful classes.
