good news: The Instantiations code is available in the CVS!

I removed the 'CVS' directories from the ZIP file content (see bugzilla 
#179539) and separated the plugins from the feature project. Therefore we 
start with the following structure:

  dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.epp/...
       ...doc/
       ...plugins/
       ...features/
       ...

I hope I didn't miss something.
