[emf-dev] XSD Project Restructuring

Hi,

I'd like to restructure the XSD project to no longer be a separate 
project from EMF Core.

I plan to merge its Git repository into EMF's git repository as 
described in this issue:

https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo/-/issues/430

This will simply my releng tasks and will simplify the planned migration 
to GitHub...

If there are no objections during the next week, I will proceed.

As the PMC lead and the lead for both these projects, this has my 
approval.  As such, +1 on behalf of the PMC, unless someone raises any 
concerns.
