Hi,

I hereby would like to inform the PMC that the WaSP and JSTL teams are currently engaged in a restructuring review.

The goal is to move the /impl code from JSTL to WaSP, and make JSTL purely a API/Spec project (in accordance with the stated plan by the WG).
