In the course of OpenMQ 6.1 Release Review
(https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/iplab/emo/-/issues/9#note_5353)
it was noted that the repository shall contain Code of Conduct.

IMO - it would be good to have it just once, in a special .github
repository for all ee4j projects to inherit it (as is done in
https://github.com/eclipse/.github/).

OpenMQ: However, before .github is done on ee4j level - may I ask to
review https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/935, please?
I propose to link to
https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/Community_Code_of_Conduct.php,
in GitHub recognizable file. It will be included then in the checklist
at https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/community.
