A project lead election for Lukas Jungmann on project Eclipse Implementation
of JAXB (ee4j.jaxb-impl) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this criteria:

Lukas is an Oracle employee working on Java XML services. He is number one
project committer and de-facto leading the project. Currently there is no
lead assigned and I think that Lukas is a perfect candidate for this role.
