Arjan,
Per the instructions at the top of your release review page, you can not select Oct 01 as your release date since it's in the "past" and no review has been scheduled yet. You should select a date after the 1st or 3rd Wednesday in the month -- that's when the Eclipse Review Board meets. Thanks!
