+1 from me for Jakarta Batch 2.0

As far as linking Jakarta Batch 2.0 with the Jakarta EE 9 release... That's a new one for me. I've pinged Ivar on Slack and I'm sure he'll see this message tomorrow.  I'd like to know how to create and maintain those "umbrella releases".  They look quite handy.  Thanks.

This release is part of
Jakarta EE 9.
appear like the
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.mail/releases/2.0.0and CDI projects did, but would be happy to do so if someone could point me to directions to do that.
