[ee4j-pmc] Committer Election for Laird Nelson on Jakarta Contexts and Dependency Injection has started 
A committer election for Laird Nelson on project Jakarta Contexts and
Dependency Injection (ee4j.cdi) was started by Scott M Stark with this
criteria:

I would like to nominate Laird Nelson for CDI committer status. Laird is a
committer on the Oracle Helidon project focusing on CDI aspects, and he is a
committer on MicroProfile (focusing on Config). He has already submitted a
few CDI PRs that have been accepted. More of his CDI experiences can be found
on his blog, https://lairdnelson.wordpress.com/category/java-2/cdi/.
