[ee4j-pmc] Committer Election for James Mulvey on Eclipse Project for Enterprise Security has started

A committer election for James Mulvey on project Eclipse Project for
Enterprise Security (ee4j.es) was started by Ed Bratt with this criteria:

Re-running committer election for Jim Mulvey due to complications with his
paperwork. Below is the original nomination text and Ajay's sponsorship.
Please join me and support Jim's nomination to the Enterprise Security
project.
Ajay Reddy with this criteria:

James (Jim) Mulvey is a senior security architect in IBM. He has been working
in the enterprise security area for more than a decade. His current focus
includes Java EE security. He has been involved in the implementation of
Security API 1.0 in the WebSphere Liberty profile. He was supposed to be
invited as an "initial committer" when this project was proposed. For
whatever reason, this was missed. Jim has some good ideas to extend the
current Security 1.0 specification and will be a valuable contributor to this
team.
