We should follow the formal process. Decision about ‘jakarta’ groupId is not officially made. PMC members must vote for it. If decision is positive, we will start working on it. We will update the release plan, create tasks on the issues trackers, etc.

JAX-B is in process of transferring to EE4J. Hopefully, on Monday it will be there. There are no changes in Maven coordinates.

Is (or will be) JAXB under control of EE4J PMC? What is the Maven Coordinates for that? JAX-RS needs to know that, because we currently set up an additional JDK11 build job.
