[ee4j-pmc] Committer Election for VINAY VISHAL on Eclipse Soteria has started 
A committer election for VINAY VISHAL on project Eclipse Soteria
(ee4j.soteria) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this criteria:

Vinay is an Oracle employee working on Soteria project. He's been
participating in transferring several other EE4J project to the Eclipse
Foundation. I am highly recommending Vinay and believe that he is a valuable
addition to Soteria team.
