A committer election for VINAY VISHAL on project Eclipse Project for
Expression Language (ee4j.el) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this
criteria:

Vinay is an Oracle employee working on EL project. He's been participating in
transferring several other EE4J project to the Eclipse Foundation. I am
highly recommending Vinay and believe that he is a valuable addition to EL
team.
