While there is nothing officially planned for the Unconference at either of these events as yet, there will definitely be EE4J and the EE.next working group activities at both. 

EclipseCon Europe is scheduled for October 23-25, 2018, and will once again be held in Ludwigsburg, with the unconference day on October 22.
