Re: [ee4j-community] An open proposal for the direction of future Java EE Naming

Notice the little "TM" in images like http://yusufcakmak.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/java_ee.png
Both the image, color scheme and the phrase "Java EE" itself are Oracle trademarks, which unlike e.g. the "Duke" mascot it is not willing to make available to everyone else.

A few years ago when I first translated Swing, this site: http://sdj.sourceforge.net/java/locale/index.html
contained a picture of a stuffed animal Duke I bought hugging a wooden globe my grandpa made. The James Bond inspired logo was never contested, but at some point Sun Legal wrote me I must not use Duke in any form, so I replaced the picture. That changed, other trademarks and images or phrases have not.

Excuse my ignorance, but how can Eclipse Entperise for Java be valid and
not Extensions for Java EE?
