Sorry for the delay, but I've finally typed
up my notes from yesterday's meeting. Please correct errors or omissions.

For those of you not there, the most
significant outcomes were: 

1) We did agree on remaining milestone
dates, RC dates leading up to Neon's June release. Same pattern as previous
years. 
2) Our meeting in November will be the
second Wednesday, (11/11/2015) so as to not overlap Eclipse Con Europe.

Please add items, if any. 

I will fill in some of the proposed dates before the meeting, but may not
be until late tonight, so wanted to get out this reminder. 

Also, I would like to spend some time having a short retrospective of the
Mars.1 release. Please at least think about good points and bad points
before the meeting and if any big issues you want captured or discussed,
feel free to write short descriptions in the agenda (before the meeting).

And plenty to discuss on how to continue to improve things!
