Caused by bumping BREE to 1.8 to ease Tycho migration see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=533927 for more details. Work on Tycho side continues to prevent the need for such bumps (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=532775#c8 and later) but it should not stop us from testing more important things like generating and using capabilities in p2 metadata and sha256 checksums. So I urge for this change in an effort to have the build moved to Tycho 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT ASAP.

The change itself is a no brainer IMHO.
