Dear Project leads

About half of
the plans got updated - thanks!

The following
are not yet done:
- SWT
- Ant
- Platform Debug
- JDT Core (Manoj
is already working on it)
- JDT Debug

Please mention
in the plan if items were only partially delivered or deferred.

NOTE: If the plan
does not list the items/bugs, but has a query for it, then please make
sure it only contains 4.8 bugs that are resolved. Defer all others to 4.9
or no milestone.
