I fixed the existing validation errors, feel free to do this also in the future in case you see them again.

Regarding the rules, I think we should adjust them, especially the Windows one does not make sense, I do not even have a Window OS system. Opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=462361 for this.
